Parking is available outside the building outside road regulation hours. This is usually 9.30 – 4.00, but be sure and check the signage as this is current as of this time. Parking is available without restrictions in many of the adjacent and nearby streets.

Custom House has several frequent bus services which connect it with the city centre, Waverley train station, the bus station and other parts of the city.
